Welcome to our Wedding Photography section. We at Lightbox Imaging pride ourselves on our attention to detail and ability to capture natural candid images. We specialize in wedding and personal portrait photography in and around the Warwickshire area. We offer a fresh, contemporary style of imagery and like to work closely with you to help record the events of your wedding day making sure that it all goes without a hitch. We can’t guarantee the weather, but everything else should be under control, and this is especially true for the photographs. These are the memories you’ll cherish when the flowers have faded, the honeymoon is a distant memory and friends and relatives have returned home.
There is no second chance to re-capture or replace spoilt shots; your photographer must get it right on the day. With this in mind there is no substitute for experience, hard work and planning. Our primary aim is to capture all the personality and emotion of your big day by using a photojournalistic approach that enables us to shoot a series of images that document your day perfectly as it unfolds.
It is our job to capture one of the most important and memorable events of your lives. To work closely with you so that we can document each step, bringing you a collection of images that will tell the story of your wedding day from start to finish.
We also love to create timeless portrait images that you and your family can treasure forever.

Our wedding package information + pricing:
Pre consultation with the bride and groom with a representative/s* from Lightbox Imaging
Standard service package
We aim to arrive approximately 30 minutes before the service begins, documenting guests and the arrival of the Bride, through to the service and finishing at the reception.
With allocated time for family and friend group shots after the service.
Allocated time for personal portrait shots of the bride and groom at a pre-discussed location.
Resulting in:
1. An 11 x 8 1/2 inch (maximum), bespoke black linen hardbound book w/ cover photo sleeve. Approximately 24 pages at a minimum (more can be added at additional cost) consisting of colour and black and white as well as toned and enhanced images.
2. A book box to keep your memories of the day safe from damage
3. Half a dozen 9 x 6 inch mounted prints (framing and other size prints available at additional cost)
4. A direct and online link from our website that can be used to proof your photo’s before prints and books are finalized (at an additional cost a contact sheet can be provided if preferred) This can be used for additional ordering or can be made available for friends and family to order from (prices and sizes available on our website or on request)

Additional Services -
1. The start of the day: Choose either the bride or groom (or both) to have a photographer assigned to them to capture all the fun at the start of the day as they get ready leading up to the service
2. After the service: Have a photographer remain to capture the after service rituals at the reception including things like the cutting of the cake, speeches and the first dance, as well as anything else that may be note worthy.
3. On site studio: Location permitting and dependent on permission granted we can arrange a portable studio to be set up on location at the reception, so that we can get the best possible pictures of you and your friends and family.
4. Upgrade your book - We offer a lovely handcrafted bespoke wedding book which you can upgrade in size (this of course reflects in the size of the books box) and quantity of pages, these books have to be seen to be believed. Every album a masterpiece of love, it is by far one of the most luxurious and poetic balances between classic beauty, craftsmanship and functionality you will come across in a wedding album. A perfect way to present the story of your day. Full details available on request.
5. Gift books for the family and friends: An 11 x 8 1/2 inch (maximum), bespoke black linen hardbound book w/ cover photo sleeve. Consisting of colour and black and white as well as toned and enhanced images. Based on the Bride and Grooms final wedding book this is a perfect gift for family or friends alike.
6. After event studio time - Your wedding day is for you to enjoy and celebrate your union with your loved ones, so we appreciate you may feel your time is better spent enjoying this time with them rather than spending extended periods of time away from your guests with the photographers. So we allocate some time for after the wedding day when we can get back together and get you both back into your glad rags for a dedicated photo shoot to capture some additional images for your collection. This way you can have the photos you both really wanted and on the day you can enjoy each other and the company of your friends and family while we capture more candid, spontaneous images that immortalize those special moments which people might other wise have missed. We have included this in our additional services (As well as professional studio time we can arrange location shots to be done at your choosing as well as being able to arrange a portable studio for personal shots at your home if desired)
7. ‘Trash’ or ‘Cherish’ the dress photo shoot
Additional prints and products
1. Bigger (more pages) or extra hard-bound books can be made available as well as the same size and smaller soft cover coffee table books, which are ideal for you to show friends whilst keeping one beautiful copy for yourselves, these are also lovely as gifts for selected guests
2. Extra images provided in your choice of size (mounting and framing available)
3. An A3 fine art print
4. A DVD slideshow of the days events
5. A CD compilation of the days events for digital use**
6. Website, that can be available for a set amount of time
7. Digital frame with images of the day
8. Other books, albums and additional memorabilia can be made available on request
9. Guest book – for your guests to sign and leave you with best wishes
10. Signing Frame – a unique and traditional alternative to the traditional guest book – for your guests to sign around your chosen picture from the day.

We can also provide you with a photography service pre-wedding.
Engagement package
We can arrange a studio or location shoot for the betrothed. This can be helpful for planning your engagement party as well as your wedding
Standard Service package -
A one-hour photo shoot resulting in no less than 100 images.
From these, two 10” x 8” will be provided as well as ten 7” x 5” prints.
Price starting at £85.
We can then discuss which images can be used for your engagement or pre wedding needs such as…
